BUILD U.S. TAX SKILLS.
GROW YOUR PRACTICE.
ANYWHERE.
Start with a specialist track, whether you're entering the field or expanding an existing tax practice. Learn practical workflows in a global learning community.
Two ways in. One learning community.
I'm starting out
New to tax or accounting? Start with a practical specialist skill — ITIN, EIN, or U.S. business formation — and learn real workflows from day one.

Never Build the Practice
They Want
Many professionals spend years working for someone else's firm. They learn tax law, they learn compliance, they learn technical skills.
But they never learn:
As a result, many remain trapped between employment and self-employment — working harder but never building a true practice.
We Teach
Later-Stage Curriculum
Most education teaches tax. We teach later-stage practice curriculum. Practice ownership is not currently operating as a student offering.
Credential
XCAPE certificates are internal academy credentials issued by Xcape Tax Academy. They show you completed XCAPE training and assessments. They are not IRS licences, government credentials or accredited qualifications. The Enrolled Agent credential is conferred only by the IRS after passing its Special Enrollment Examination.
Supervised work status
Supervised paid client work for students is not currently offered. Where your roadmap marks an earn-ready point, that is where supervised work may open in future, once XCAPE offers it. We will tell enrolled students directly if that changes.
Earnings
XCAPE provides training. We do not promise or guarantee any income, clients, work or business results. What you do with your training, and any income from it, depends on you, your market and the rules where you work.
CHOOSE A PATHWAY.
Every pathway, price and hour below comes from the live XCAPE Academy catalogue.
Set up and keep compliant the U.S. companies foreign founders own.
Start your route to the IRS Enrolled Agent credential.
Guide U.S. expats through their filings, and through renunciation.
Get foreign payees documented correctly for U.S. withholding.
THE XCAPE
ECOSYSTEM.
Most training programs stop at information. XCAPE connects education to live service brands, operational tools, client demand, and future partner opportunities.
How it works
1. Book an orientation call for the pathway you're interested in. 2. After orientation, we review and approve your enrolment, and your prices are fixed at that point. 3. Pay for each course or class as you go, or pay for your remaining required items together as a bundle at the discount shown. 4. Study each item as it unlocks: recorded lessons, materials and live classes with your instructor. 5. Complete your pathway's required items to earn your XCAPE certificate.

YOUR PATH FROM
STUDENT TO PARTNER.
Your road to the Enrolled Agent designation
One clear route — bookkeeping foundations first, then individual tax, international & business, your specialist niche, the SEE credential, and practice. Below are the steps and the required modules in each.
Foundations — Bookkeeping & Tax Basics
Zero to employable. The base everything else stands on.
Required bookkeeping & foundations
Keep US books and read a 1040. Supervised paid work is gated and is not currently operating.
Individual Tax & Paid-Work Curriculum
Foundation of SEE Part 1. Paid work, if later offered, is gated and is not currently operating.
Required tax specialization modules
Training in how returns are prepared for compensation. SEE Part 1 (Individuals) territory opens. Not a live book.
International & Business Expansion
Broaden to nonresidents, entities, and partnerships.
Required tax specialization modules
Curriculum covers nonresidents, entities, and businesses — full practice breadth for SEE Part 2 (Businesses).
Specialist Depth & Advisory
Build the niche that makes you indispensable. Premium billing is not a typical or guaranteed result.
Required tax specialization modules
A defensible niche in the curriculum — entertainer CWA, FIRPTA, expat, or e-commerce specialist. Not a live client assignment.
The EA Credential — SEE Parts 1–3
The destination credential — open to any nationality, no US residency required.
Required tax specialization modules
Pass SEE Parts 1–3 → Enrolled Agent designation.
Practice & Representation Authority
Representation training, then the CAA track — not a live practice.
Required tax specialization modules
EFIN, engagement letters, and WISP are curriculum topics. A first book of clients and referral-network deal flow are not currently operating and are not guaranteed.
